How to Copy Jobs on the SeeSnake CS65xr & CS65x

Read this article to learn how to copy an open job from the CS65xr/CS65x’s primary storage to the internal SSD or an inserted USB drive on the RIDGID^® SeeSnake^® CS65xr/CS65x Wi-Fi enabled monitor.

Open jobs are saved automatically to the SSD or a USB drive if either is is set as primary storage. You can choose to copy an open job to another drive as well – for example, if you want to provide a customer with a USB containing the job.

How to Set Preference for Copying Jobs

You can choose whether to have the CS65xr/CS65x automatically copy open jobs to available drives or not.

1.  Press the Job Manager key.
2. Scroll down to Job Settings and press the Select key.
3. Scroll down to Copy open job to available USB drives.
4. Cycle through Always copy, Never copy, and Ask me. When Ask me is selected, you will be asked each time a new job is created if you want to copy the job to an available drive or not.

How to Manually Copy an Open Job to the SSD or USB Drive

1.  Press the Job Manager key.
2. Select the Options for the drive you want to use:
   • To copy the open job to a USB drive, scroll down to USB Options for the USB you want to use and press the Select key.
   • To copy the open job to the internal SSD, scroll down to Internal SSD Options and press the Select key.
3. Select Start USB copy.

To stop copying an open job, select Stop USB copy in Internal SSD Options or USB Options.
