Managing Jobs on the SeeSnake CS65x

This article describes how to manage, create, open, edit, search for, copy, and delete jobs on the RIDGID® SeeSnake® CS65x Wi-Fi enabled monitor.

Job Manager Tabs

 Press the job manager key to access the Job Manager tabs.

Job List

Manage jobs on the USB drive.

USB Options

View USB capacity and usage information.

Internal SSD Options

Contains a list of all the jobs on the internal SSD and displays the remaining space available. Option to permanently delete all jobs from the internal SSD.

Job Settings

Add your company information and choose to have it automatically entered in reports. Set primary storage and sync preferences.

Creating a New Job

To create a new job, press the new job key. You have the option to name a new job. Jobs that you do not name will be named according to the date and time the job was created. Once you have created the job, it cannot be renamed.

When a new job is created, it becomes the open job.

 

Opening or Previewing a Job

You can open or preview jobs stored on the primary storage device from the job list.

  • Open job saves newly captured media to the highlighted job.
  • Preview job brings up the job review screen and displays all recorded media and any job or customer information that has been entered.

 

Searching for Jobs

To search for jobs on the primary storage device by customer name or job address, go to the job list and select Manage jobs. Then select Search and enter your filter criteria.

 

Copying Jobs

To copy jobs from the primary storage device to a USB drive go to the job list and select Manage job. Check the boxes next to the jobs you want to copy and then select Copy to USB.

 

Deleting Jobs

To permanently delete jobs from the primary storage device go to the job list and select Manage jobs. Check the boxes next to the jobs you want to permanently delete and select Delete.
