Sharing HQx Live inspections on Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox

This article shows you how to:

• Share images and video from HQx Live on a mobile device
• Share inspection reports with images and video from a USB drive

Sharing From HQx Live

1. Create a folder for the images and video using the Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive app
2. Upload from HQx Live to the folder you created
   

3. Use the cloud storage app to send your customer a link to the folder
4. Customers can view and download images and video clips

Customers can view their report in three steps:

1. Download
2. Extract
3. View

On Windows (Mac may vary):

1. Downloading is a little different for each service, on Dropbox it looks like this:

2. Open the download (bottom of browser), right + click and select Open

3. Click Extract All, a window pops up asking where you want Windows to put the extracted folder; choose a location, then click Extract All

4. Windows will Extract the folder and open it for you; double click the job folder to open it, double click Report.html to view the report
