The RIDGID® SeeSnake® CS6xPak Wi-Fi enabled reporting monitor is an all-in-one solution for capturing media and delivering inspection results to your customers, all right from the job site. Built for speed and efficiency, the CS6xPak captures images and video directly to a USB drive. Professional multimedia reports are automatically created while you work, increasing your productivity and helping you move on to the next job.
The CS6xPak is compatible with all SeeSnake camera reels, and conveniently docks onto the SeeSnake Compact2 for easy transport and storage.
Download HQx Live, the free iOS™ or Android™ companion app to use your mobile device as a second screen. Using its built-in Wi-Fi, pair a smartphone or tablet to the CS6xPak to provide uninterrupted, high-quality video streaming directly on the device, letting you show your customers the inspection in real-time. HQx Live also lets you capture media from a paired device.
HQ Software streamlines critical and routine updates which help improve and prolong the life of your equipment. HQ also gives you the ability to manage jobs and generate reports for customers. The included 8 GB USB drive comes with HQ preloaded.

All manuals and documentation will now be available digitally through our support website at support.seesnake.com/manuals. This change helps us streamline your experience while reducing waste.

What’s New — Version 2.21.88
Updates and Improvements
- Firmware update for TruSense cameras — After installing CSx software version 2.21.88 on your monitor, connect to a TruSense-enabled camera (firmware 2056 or higher) to apply
TruSense firmware version 2100 for improved performance. - Hourmeter feature added — New and refurbished TruSense cameras now include an Hourmeter function to display total usage time (hours:minutes). Existing TruSense cameras updated to firmware 2100 will show “Disabled,” since previous hours of use are unknown.
- How to view the Hourmeter — On a monitor running version 2.21.88 with a TruSense camera updated to 2100, open the TruSense menu, select Show more, then look for Hourmeter under Hide more.
- Enhanced connectivity and update experience — This release includes improvements for over-the-air updates via HQx Live on iOS devices.
- HQ Compatibility Notice — Jobs created on monitors running CSx version 2.21.88 will not import into
HQ Software for Windows. The next HQ release will restore upload capability.- To create a job report, manually add the media to a new job in HQ:
- Open HQ, create a New report, and select the Edit tab.
- Insert the USB with the media files into your PC.
- Drag and drop the media files into the empty report.
- Note: drop files onto the Session bar.
