SeeSnake microREEL Essentials Support
The RIDGID® SeeSnake® microREEL™ Essentials kit is an entry-level diagnostic camera system designed for performing basic pipe inspections. The kit includes the microREEL camera system and the RIDGID micro CA-350 monitor, providing everything needed to begin inspecting pipes 1.5″ to 4″ in diameter straight out of the box.
The microREEL features HDR imaging for clear visuals in challenging lighting conditions, a built-in sonde for locating points of interest, and a mid-flex push cable for navigating runs up to 100′.
The microREEL Essentials is TruSense compatible. Upgrade your monitor to a CSx TruSense-enabled monitor to unlock additional features including the counter overlay, TiltSense, and Digital Self-Leveling (DSL) for ultra-smooth in-pipe viewing.
Kit Contents
The microREEL Essentials kit includes:

- Operator’s Manuals for microREEL APX and CA
With the exception of the kickstand, the microREEL Essentials operates the same as the microREEL APX.

TruSense Technology
The microREEL Essentials includes a TruSense technology-enabled camera. While the included micro CA-350 monitor supports HDR imaging, connecting to a CSx series TruSense-capable monitor enables the full range of advanced features:
- Counter Overlay – Distance measurement displayed on screen
- Digital Self-Leveling (DSL) – Continuously levels the image as the camera moves through the pipe
- TiltSense – Real-time pitch and grade information
