Job Manager Tabs
Press the Job Manager key to access the Job Manager tabs.
Manage jobs on the primary storage drive. Primary storage must be set before jobs can be managed.
View drive capacity and usage information. Permanently delete jobs from the drive. Sync open jobs to the drive. Set as primary storage; star indicates primary storage.
Add your company information or choose to have it automatically entered in reports. Set sync preferences.
Creating a New Job
To create a new job, go to the job list tab in the Job Manager, highlight Create new job, and press the Select key.
When a new job is created, it becomes the open job.
Opening or Previewing a Job
You can open or preview jobs on the primary storage drive. Go to the job list tab, highlight the job you want to preview or open, and press the Select key.
Open job saves newly captured media to the highlighted job.
Preview job brings up the job review screen. From there, you can add customer and job information, review recorded media, and select media to be excluded or included in reports.
To permanently delete jobs from an inserted drive, navigate to the USB Options tab and select Delete SeeSnake jobs. Confirm your choice by selecting Yes, delete. This action cannot be undone.
