After installing CSx software 2.20.35 onto your monitor, connect to a TruSense camera to update its firmware to version 2092.   • Adds the ability to record the TiltSense™ inclinometer icon to video, photo, PhotoTalk, and Autolog captures.
  • Adds the ability to view the battery status in the Connection Manager of the HQx Live app and on HQ desktop.
  • Simplifies the job folder structure so that customers can more easily find and open the job report file. All recordings are now stored in a single folder called “media.”

  • Adds support for the SeeSnake microReel APX, including the Auto Image Flip feature. APX reels flip your onscreen image as the camera rotates through the pipe, ensuring your image remains oriented upright. An on-screen icon indicates the vertical orientation with respect to the image.

New Features

  • The CS6x Versa now has the ability to record TiltSense™ inclinometer data. The TiltSense angle value will be displayed on any media captured from a SeeSnake camera with TruSense technology.

  • Resolves an issue where the virtual keyboard could not be dismissed with the check mark after changing the monitor’s language.

New Features

  • When a new or replacement TruSense counter is installed on a SeeSnake camera reel, you will be prompted to configure the counter by entering your reel type and cable length. This ensures the most accurate cable distance count.

  • Improves the way HQx Live connects to nearby monitors whose Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs) are broadcast over Bluetooth.
  • Removes decimal from version formatting (e.g. Version 1.430 now appears as Version 1430).

New Features

  • Allows service technicians to calibrate the cable distance counter on SeeSnake camera reels with TruSense™ technology. When a cable is re-terminated, correctly configuring the cable length and system type ensures the most accurate cable distance count.
  • You can now view a connected camera reel’s total cable distance count. Open the Menu, scroll down to TruSense, and view the Odometer.
